MACHESNEY PARK — The village will temporarily relocate its municipal offices to 9942 N. Alpine Road during renovations to the Machesney Park Village Hall and police station.

The relocation begins on Wednesday, Oct. 4 and is expected to remain in place until the anticipated reopening of Village Hall, 300 Roosevelt Road, in January 2024.

All public meetings will continue to be held in the board room at 300 Roosevelt Road during construction.

Village officials said in a news release the relocation is necessary to protect the safety of visitors and prevent service disruptions. All village services and staff will be available at the temporary office.

Services provided by the Machesney Park division of the Winnebago County Sheriff’s Department will not be accessible from the temporary office. Residents should call 815-282-2600 for non-emergency assistance.
