Join local certified yoga instructor Amanda Stivers, 500-ryt, for yoga in the Clarcor Pavilion. Through Amanda’s encouraging guidance, participants will learn a variety of yoga asanas (poses) and pranayama (breathing) practices. These practices will stretch and strengthen the body, build better balanced, bring better focus, flexibility, clarity and calm. Each class is open to all levels of yoga practice and students are encouraged to practice at their own pace. Participants should bring a yoga mat and water.
Walk-ins are welcome but please bring exact change. Class limit is 15 students.
