HERSTORY: Women Who Dared

Discover a diverse cast of fierce women who fought society’s rules and blazed trails as artists, athletes, entrepreneurs, and inventors. This event will celebrate the 100th anniversary of the passage of the 19th Amendment by highlighting powerful women throughout local and national history.

  • Conduct a science experiment with Marie Curie.
  • Create your own art craft with Frida Kahlo
  • Learn about aviation with female pilot Bessica Raiche
  • Meet and greet with important figures who worked to win the vote for women.
  • Many more family-friendly activities and crafts!

This is a family event for ALL ages. Activities and admission to the museum’s galleries included in the ticket price.

When: February 22nd

Time: 10 am – 3 pm

Cost: $8 for Adults | $6 for kids (ages 3-17) | Infants (ages 0-2) AND Museum Members are free! |
