ROCKFORD — Comedian Pete Davidson is coming to the Coronado Performing Arts Center this summer, and ticket pre-sale begins today.

Davidson is a stand-up comedian, actor and former cast member of “Saturday Night Live” from 2014 to 2022. He’s now starring in Peacock’s “Bupkis,” a semi-autobiographical comedy series he co-created that will soon begin production on season two.

Davidson is slated to perform here at 7 p.m. Saturday, July 27.

Local pre-sale happens from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. today. Tickets officially go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday. They’re available on Ticketmaster.com, by calling 815-968-5222, or in-person at the Coronado box office or the BMO Center box office. The Coronado box office is open from noon to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday and the BMO box office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Davidson co-wrote and starred in the 2020 film “The King of Staten Island.” He’s also appeared in “Dumb Money,” “Transformers: Rise of the Beasts,” “Trainwreck,” “Big Time Adolescence,” “Set It Up,” “Meet Cute,” and “Bodies Bodies Bodies.”

Some of his upcoming movies include “The Home,” “Wizards!,” and “I Slept with Joey Ramone.”
