Here are today’s Nerd News! headlines:

JJ Abrams admitted to Collider that the latest Star Wars trilogy could have been planned better. After Rian Johnson’s The Last Jedi failed to follow up on the plot threads that Abrams laid out in The Force Awakens, a third writer was brought in who then left over creative differences. Abrams says he learned that you have to plan things as best you can and be able to respond when things go south.  At least he learned something.

Jac Shaeffer, creator of Marvel/Disney’s WandaVision series will be doing more work for the studio. He wrote the upcoming standalone “Black Widow” film and will have more to do in the near future, although we can forget about a return for “WandaVision,” as it was submitted to the Emmy’s as a limited series. That’s a surefire bet that there will definitely be no more WandaVision, at least as a series.

We now know why Matthew Perry was slurring his words during an interview about the Friends reunion. Inside sources say that he had just returned form emergency dental work and was feeling a bit out of it as a result. We have video of that interview right here:
