The deadline has arrived for those who haven’t filed their 2020 taxes. If you’re reading this, then you probably said, “Oh, better get those done tonight,” and you’re not alone. Around one in seven Americans say they wait until the last minute.
Due to the pandemic, this was extended from the original filing date of April 15th. According to The Treasury Department and Internal Revenue Service, the federal income tax filing due date for individuals for the 2020 tax year is today. (5/17)
