U.S. Cellular is holding its fourth annual Black History Month Art Contest and members of the Rockford Boys & Girls Club are getting in on the competition by making artwork in recognition of influential Black people from around the world. Anyone 18 years or older can vote for their favorite work of art. First place gets $250, second place gets $150 and third place gets $100. Voting will remain open until Feb. 28.
