One thing this pandemic has done is create buying trends. One of those trends is books. Book sales are way up during the pandemic but not for the reason you think.

It turns out that people are buy books,  not necessarily because they want to read them but because they want to fill up the bookshelves behind them in their Zoom calls.

So chances are you’ll see a lot of fancy books on those Zoom calls but just know they’re all for show!
