There have been some towns, such a Beloit who have not scheduled trick-or-treating hours but as for the rest of the Stateline, it looks like for the most part, trick-or-treating is a GO!
Even though the tradition lives on, there are a few guidelines the Health Department is asking for everyone to follow:
- Please wear a mask
- Stay home if you’re sick
- Do NOT hand out candy if someone in your family is sick
- Limit your groups to members of your household only
- If you wish to participate, please make sure your porch light is on
- Avoid homemade treats
