Because of COVID-19, theatres in the local area have either had to cancel their 2020 season or postpone it. But as they say in show biz, the show must go on! Now, there is a local theater group that has been given the green light to proceed with a socially distant production at Sinnissippi bandshell.
The Studio Rockford could not be more excited to offer their community something FUN and safe to do this summer! There is plenty of space at the Sinnissippi Music Shell for social distancing, and the show is just going to be an absolute blast.
The show they are putting on is a pop musical about a king of the local Burger Shack, that can’t seem to win over the love of his best friend. But when she confesses she has a crush on the new burger-flipper, the Burger Shack King decides that playing Cupid is better than sitting out of the game.
