Students at Harlem Middle School are raising money to go to Washington D.C.

The were chosen to decorate ornaments for the National Christmas Tree display at the White House and now they’re hoping to raise money so they can attend the tree lighting ceremony.

MOD Pizza in Machesney Park is also helping to raise funds as well. On Sundays and Tuesdays, 20 percent of all sales will go toward the fundraiser. You can also drop off a donation at Harlem Middle School for the tree lighting ceremony at the White House.

What a cool story. Let’s help these kids get to Washington!
